Projects:

Gamification – Change management process as expressed through changing behaviours and corporate cultures in this relatively new field.

Leadership – Helping leadership teams reconnect, refocus and re- energise. Crafting workshops that heal toxic teams as well as increasing the effectiveness of performing, intact teams.

Strategic Planning – Any change to a business strategy creates a little uncertainty in an organisation. Clarifying organizational objectives and how this cascades through an organisation, using a variety of structured, facilitated processes that are easy to understand and to implement.

Vision Mission Values (VMV) – Know where you are heading to, acknowledge where you have come from, map your future based on an agreed set of values. Take your VMV out of your employees manual and make it a living document, using it to make decisions and guide actions is a powerful exercise.

Conference Development – Curing Death-by-PowerPoint. Creative content that links to the conference themes. Get them engaged and talking about this conference for months to come.

Branding – Working with project teams of new hospitality, luxury retail and service brands in AsiaPac. This has included facilitating workshops to unearth the brand DNA, as well as how the brand is expressed in the hiring process, employee and guest interactions, leadership and communication strategies.
