We also write and deliver custom-made learning programmes.

Recent case example:

We were asked to deliver an interactive workshop for Hong Kong University MBA students covering 3 topics; getting promoted, transitioning industries and leadership for students at different stages of their career.

The challenges:

1. Each topic could effectively last one day but we only had 2 hours to cover all 3 topics.
2. Keeping all students engaged with 3 topics no matter which stage of their career.
3. Balancing the amount of knowledge transfer with discussion and practice to keep it interactive.

The solution:

We compiled and simplified best advice, tips and strategies from our existing programmes and designed, from the bottom-up, a truly interactive experience where students could learn by becoming fully immersed in the topics through practice & discussion, both with themselves and the instructor.

The outcome:

Was a high-energy workshop where students fully engaged with the content, themselves and the instructor. Students who were initially interested in one of the 3 topics expressed they took away practical techniques from all 3 topics covered. The session was delivered on time and highly appraised by HKU and students.
